1. Who we are
1.1 Rock Collection Point ("Rock Collection Point", "we", "us", "our") operates self-service storage lockers located at 12 West Place of Arms, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Rock Collection Point and any person who uses or books a locker (the "User", "you", "your") via our website, app or on-site control module.

2.1 We provide short-term rental of smart lockers for temporary storage of personal belongings and packages.
2.2 Lockers are available in different sizes. Approximate internal dimensions and example prices are shown on our website and may be updated from time to time. At the time of writing, lockers include:

2.3 The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Rental is normally charged in 24‑hour blocks ("rental days").
2.4 During the rental period you may access your locker at any time, subject to any access restrictions notified on our website (for example, temporary maintenance or closure).
3. Accounts, bookings and operation
3.1 To book a locker you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information, including your name, contact details and payment information.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details and any access codes confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.

3.5 At the start of your rental we will send you a unique access or pickup code (for example, by email, SMS or within your account). This code functions as a digital key. You must keep it safe and not share it with anyone other than a person you expressly authorise to collect your items.

4. Prices and payment
4.1 The applicable prices for each locker size and rental period are those shown on the website at the time you place your order.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated, prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable VAT.
4.3 We may run promotions or special offers from time to time. Offers will be clearly indicated, together with the regular price and the promotional price.
4.4 We may change prices at any time for future bookings, for example to reflect market conditions or our costs. Changes do not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.
4.5 Payment is taken using the payment method you provide (for example, debit or credit card). You authorise us to:
5. Modifications, cancellations and refunds
5.1 For bookings made on-site via the control module, you may modify or cancel the rental only before payment is made. Once payment has been processed, the booking cannot normally be cancelled and no refunds will be due, except where required by applicable law.
5.2 For bookings made online, any specific modification or cancellation rules will be stated on the booking interface. Where no specific rules are stated, bookings are non‑refundable once payment has been taken, except where required by applicable law.
5.3 Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under Gibraltar law.
6. User obligations and acceptable use
6.1 You must use the lockers only as temporary storage for your own lawful belongings or for packages that you are lawfully entitled to store and, if applicable, to hand over to a named recipient.

6.5 You must remove all items from your locker before the end of your rental period. If you do not, further rental charges and additional fees may apply, as described in sections 7 and 8.
7. Overstaying and abandoned items
7.1 If you do not empty your locker and properly close the door before the rental period ends, an additional rental day will be charged at the then‑current daily rate for each 24‑hour period (or part of it) that the locker remains occupied.
7.2 Depending on demand, we may, at our discretion, open the locker after the rental period has expired, remove your items and store them separately in our storage area so that the locker can be released for other users.
7.3 While items are stored outside the lockers under section 7.2, additional daily charges may continue to apply until your items are collected, plus any handling fees we publish from time to time.
7.4 If we are unable to contact you or you do not collect your belongings within 10 days after the end of the rental period, we may treat the items as abandoned. In that case we may dispose of them or otherwise deal with them as we consider appropriate, in compliance with applicable law.
7.5 If, after items have been removed and stored, you request that we return them to you by post or courier, you will be responsible for:
8. Improper use, blocked doors and penalties
8.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your belongings fit fully inside the locker and do not exceed any maximum line or mark indicated inside the locker.
8.2 You must not force the locker door when closing it. If you overfill the locker or force the door, it may become blocked and fail to open.
8.3 If the locker cannot be opened because you have overfilled it or forced the door, you must contact us using the support contact details provided. We will attend to the incident as soon as reasonably possible. A management / assistance fee of £30 will be payable for each such incident.
8.4 If we discover prohibited items in a locker or otherwise confirm a serious breach of these Terms, we may:

9. Damage to lockers
9.1 You are responsible for any damage or deterioration caused to the lockers or related equipment through your fault, negligence or misuse.
9.2 Where damage occurs, you must compensate us for:
9.3 Without limiting our right to claim full damages, if a locker must be replaced, the replacement cost is currently estimated at up to £1,500 per locker, plus the daily rental amount for each day the locker is unavailable for use.

10.2 We may temporarily suspend access to lockers for maintenance, safety or security reasons. Where possible, we will give prior notice on our website or on‑site.
11. Liability and insurance
11.1 Our service consists of renting you space in a locker. We do not provide a custody or safekeeping service. You remain at all times responsible for the items you choose to store.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law:
11.3 We maintain an insurance policy that may cover certain losses due to theft up to a maximum amount, subject to the insurer's terms and conditions. The existence of this insurance does not create any greater liability on our part than set out in these Terms.
11.4 In order to benefit from any insurance coverage that may be available:
11.5 The insurance does not normally cover loss of money, jewellery, precious stones or metals, watches, high‑value electronics (such as televisions, computers, tablets, phones and GPS devices), works of art, antiques, memory cards or any other data storage media. Exact coverage limits and exclusions are determined by the insurance policy, which prevails over this summary.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
12.2 The courts of Gibraltar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
